ABOUT SANDRA
MEET SANDRA OCHOLA
A Visionary Leader Shaping the Future
As an author, lawyer, founder, and consultant, I am dedicated to providing visionary leadership to organizations and empowering mentorship to individuals. Over the past thirteen years, I have played a pivotal role in shaping policy and driving impact through senior appointments across a diverse, multi-sectoral career.
My expertise lies in law, leadership, governance, and strategic communication, a combination I have harnessed in various influential roles, including serving as a presidential speechwriter and Chief of Staff in the Kenyan government. My commitment to sharing knowledge and sparking change extends to my writing, with acclaimed books such as Teens’ Guide to the Constitution of Kenya and She Leads: Lessons from Women in Leadership. These works aim to educate, inspire, and ignite meaningful conversations on leadership and civic responsibility.
As the founder of TEENDOM Africa and the Young Citizens Program, I champion law-related and constitutional education for Africa’s next generation. These flagship projects equip young citizens with the tools they need to understand their rights and responsibilities, fostering a more informed and empowered society.
Every step of my journey has been driven by a passion for excellence, a commitment to service, and a belief in the transformative power of leadership and mentorship. Together, we can build a future defined by purpose, opportunity, and impact.
