I’m an author, lawyer and founder who provides visionary leadership to organizations and empowering mentorship to individuals. For more than a decade, I have enjoyed a multi-sectoral career in the civil society, political and public service sectors, where I have played a central role in shaping policy developments, through my senior appointments.

I have expertise in policy, governance and strategic communication, which I have employed in my areas of influence including, as a Presidential Speechwriter and a Chief of Staff in the Kenyan government.

At the same time, my writing and acclaimed books, “Teens Guide to the Constitution of Kenya” and “She Leads- Lessons From Women in Leadership” communicate key ideas to a wider audience. My flagship projects as Founder of Teendom Africa and the Young Citizens Program, also promote law-related and constitutional education amongst young people, contributing to the development of the African continent.

All of this work has been underpinned by a rigorous training in a variety of complementary disciplines, including a Masters Degree in International Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and my qualification as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. This combination of skills, hard work and public service, resulted to me being recognized as an Obama Foundation Leader in Africa as well as a Global Summit Fellow at The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference in 2023. I have also been voted by my peers as one of the 100 most influential Young Africans.
